Scope
This standard specifies the product model, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations, marking, labeling, packaging, and storage requirements of the stranding mill (hereinafter referred to as stranding mill) used in power transmission and transformation engineering This standard is applicable to the design, manufacturing, inspection, acceptance, and use of stranding equipment for overhead transmission lines, power cable lines, and communication lines, as well as for the assembly and installation of poles and towers, traction and stringing, tightening, and cable laying.
