General Provisions
This regulation specifies the safety construction requirements and measures to be taken to ensure the safety and physical health of construction personnel during the construction process of substations (including switchyards and converter stations) This regulation is applicable to the construction of new, renovated, and expanded AC 1000kV and below substations, as well as DC soil 800kV and below converter station projects
