Scope
This international standard specifies safety and interchangeability requirements, as well as the test methods and conditions required for exchange operation and display of G5 and G13 cap double headed LED lamps that meet the requirements. It is used to replace fluorescent lamps with the same cover, with:
- rated power not exceeding 125 watts
- Rated voltage up to 250 volts This type of LED lamp is designed for replacement and does not require any internal modifications to the lamp The existing lighting fixtures, which are equipped with dual cap LED lights, can operate electromagnetic or electronic control devices The requirements of this standard only involve type testing Suggestions for testing the entire product or batch testing are contained in Appendix A Note 1: If the term "LAMP" is used in this standard, it is understood as "double headed reinforced LED lamp", unless it is clearly designated as another type of lamp This standard does not apply to dual head conversion LED lamps that require modification in lighting fixtures. The requirements in this standard apply to general lighting services (excluding explosive environments). For lamps used for other purposes, additional requirements may apply
