Scope
This section specifies the safety requirements for portable lighting fixtures for children, using tungsten filament lamps or single ended fluorescent lamps with a power supply voltage not exceeding 250V. This section should be used in conjunction with the relevant chapters of GB 7000.1 This section does not apply to movable lighting fixtures that are specially placed as additional decorative elements in temporary decorative structures due to the needs of festivals or celebrations A low illumination background light fixture that combines a plug, such as a component of an insertion device; Lamps that use batteries or are not directly connected to the main power supply; Toys; Luminaires designed for or clearly intended for adult use; A luminaire with a two-dimensional shape of a person or animal (shape or figure) on a movable cover
