This document covers the minimum characteristics necessary to fully utilize the available spectrum of audio PMSE and ALD. 2. This document specifies the minimum performance requirements and measurement methods for auxiliary purposes. 3. Hearing equipment, wireless microphones, and in ear monitoring systems. It does not necessarily include all the features that users may need, nor does it necessarily represent the best achievable performance. 5. This document is applicable to devices that operate on radio frequencies up to 3 GHz using analog, digital, and mixed (analog and digital) modulation (as shown in Table 1). The maximum power of the devices covered by this document is 250 mW (wireless microphone) and 10 mW (ALD)&Nbsp; The exceptions are the common hearing aids defined in CEPT report 004 [i.8] and subsequent ECC [i.10], as well as the EC decision on the ex ERMES frequency band (169,4 MHz to 1698125 MHz) [i.9], which defines 500 mW. This document also relates to a 10 mW radio microphone with maximum power used in the 863MHz to 865MHz frequency band. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements are covered by ETSI EN 301 489-9 [i.4]
