Elevator inspection is the daily maintenance work of the elevator, which includes measuring and judging the wear, deformation, and degree of damage of each component in order to take necessary measures

Here are several commonly used inspection methods:

1. Appearance inspection:

Mainly observe whether each connecting bolt is loose; Whether there are cracks, broken teeth, and other defects in the gear and rack; Whether the belt is properly tightened, etc

2. Sound inspection method:

Rotate the transmission device by hand and listen for any abnormal sounds during operation.

3. Temperature measurement method:

Insert the thermometer into the bearing seat hole or extract a small amount of lubricating oil from the shaft extension and inject it into the oil cup, and measure it during operation. If the temperature exceeds the specified value, it should be immediately stopped and the cause should be identified for treatment

4. Pressure test method:

Start the engine under no load and slowly rotate the main shaft for 3-5 minutes before stopping for inspection. If a sudden decrease or increase in oil pressure is found, it indicates a malfunction and should be shut down for maintenance

5. Vibration and noise measurement method:

Use a vibration machine to perform full stroke reciprocating vibration.

. If an abnormal sound is found, it indicates that there is a malfunction and the cause should be further investigated and eliminated 6. Ammeter detection method: Use an ammeter to test whether the DC resistance value of the three-phase winding of the motor is normal 7. Multimeter detection. When there is no power supply, use the resistance range of a digital multimeter to test whether there is a short circuit in the stator winding of the motor 8. Insulation resistance measurement: Fix the rocker drill on the rotor and use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the stator winding to ground and phase to phase insulation resistance to ensure they meet the requirements 9. Voltage drop measurement: Fix the rocker drill at the center of the rotor and use a megohmmeter to test whether the resistance values between the stator winding phases meet the requirements 10. Speed difference and power loss measurement. Speed difference refers to the difference between the actual speed and the nominal speed of the motor at rated speed; Power loss refers to the ratio of the output power of a motor to its input power under rated load
