Dynamic load test: Use a dedicated testing platform to load and lower the steel wire rope once at 1.1 times the rated lifting capacity. The movement distance of the steel wire rope should not be less than 200mm, and the entire equipment should be stable, safe, and reliable during operation 4. Gradually load the static load test to 1.5 times the retention time for 10 minutes 5. Hoisting hook test and detection: Gradually load twice the rated lifting weight through the center of the hook cavity on the material testing machine, and after staying for 1 minute, remove the load to check that the deformation of the hook mouth of the lifting hook cannot exceed 0.25%. Gradually loading to 4 times the rated lifting capacity, the lifting hook should stably support for 1 minute
