Power surge protector:

1. Install valve type lightning arrester inside the distribution box (cabinet); According to Chapter 6.4 of the Code for Design of Lightning Protection of Buildings GB50057-2010, power surge protectors should be installed 2. There is no power surge protector installed in the distribution box (cabinet); According to Article 6.4.1 of the Code for Design of Lightning Protection of Buildings GB50057-2010, suitable power surge protectors should be installed and selected 3. The parameters of the power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) are fuzzy and cannot be determined; According to Article 5.8.4.4 of the Technical Specification for Testing Lightning Protection Devices in Buildings (GB/T21431-2015), power surge protectors with complete and clear markings should be installed

4. The important parameters (maximum impulse current, voltage protection level, etc.) of the power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) do not meet the requirements. The specific content is as follows:

4.1. According to Article 4.2.3.2 of the Building Lightning Protection Design Code GB50057-2010, T1 type power surge protectors should be installed at the cable and overhead line positions in Class I lightning protection buildings, and their voltage protection level should be less than or equal to 2.5KV, The maximum impulse current of each protector mode is greater than or equal to 10KA According to Article 4.2.4.8 of the Code for Design of Building Lightning Protection GB50057-2010, T1 type power surge protectors should be installed at the power distribution box (cabinet) of Class I lightning protection buildings. The voltage protection level should be less than or equal to 2.5KV, and the maximum impulse current of each protector mode should be greater than or equal to 12.5KA According to Article 4.3.8.4 of the Code for Design of Lightning Protection of Buildings GB50057-2010, T1 type power surge protectors should be installed at the power distribution box (cabinet) of Class II lightning protection buildings. The voltage protection level should be less than or equal to 2.5KV, and the maximum impulse current of each protector mode should be greater than or equal to 12.5KA 4.4 and Class III lightning protection buildings are the same as the content in 4.2 5. If the power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) is not equipped with a circuit breaker (or the air switch is not closed), according to Article 5.8.2.6 of the Technical Specification for Testing Lightning Protection Devices in Buildings (GB/T21431-2015), it should be equipped with a circuit breaker for use 6.1. The phase or ground wires of the power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) (disconnected or too thin); According to Table 6.5.1 of the Technical Code for Lightning Protection of Building Electronic Information Systems GB50343-2012, the first level switch type or voltage limiting type phase line is 6mm ², Ground wire is 10mm ²; The second level voltage limiting phase line is 4mm ², Ground wire is 6mm ²; The third level voltage limiting phase line is 2.5mm ², Ground wire is 4mm ²。 (Special remarks: Explosion environments cannot be based on this specification. 6.2. The phase or ground wires of the power surge protector in the distribution box (cabinet) should be disconnected or too thin; According to Appendix E.3 of the Technical Specification for Testing Lightning Protection Devices in Explosion and Fire Hazard Areas GB/T32937-2016, the first level switch type or voltage limiting type phase line is 6mm ², Ground wire is 10mm ²; The second level voltage limiting phase line is 4mm ², Ground wire is 6mm ²; The third level voltage limiting phase line is 2.5mm ², Ground wire is 4mm ²。 7. The power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) deteriorates; According to Article 5.8.4.1 of the Technical Specification for Testing Lightning Protection Devices in Buildings (GB/T21431-2015), they should be replaced in a timely manner 8. The grounding wire of the power surge protector inside the distribution box (cabinet) is exposed; According to Article 5.5.1.3 of Beijing local standard DB11/T634-2018, it should be firmly fixed
