Apply 24V power to the motor, and the brake will activate. However, the motor cannot rotate and the output end cannot be manually activated, indicating that the motor is suspected to be stuck 2. Detect the resistance of the motor, the resistance value is abnormal, and it is suspected that there is an internal fault in the motor 3. Disassembling the motor, the motor got stuck and could not be pulled out. Gradually, after disassembly and inspection, the motor rotor was damaged, the magnet was shattered, and the coil was messy 4. Check for brake wear, encoder data is abnormal, motor rotor is severely damaged, and winding is disrupted
5. The rotor axis deviates, hinders operation, and cannot rotate 6. The motor rotor bearing is eccentric and damaged, and the stator is worn 7. The cause should be: on the one hand, the robot is overloaded or there is a problem with the gearbox, and the motor is overloaded; On the other hand, there is a problem with the control cabinet driver control. Mada overload ultimately leads to motor "magnetic explosion"
