After changes occur to shore power facilities, relevant testing should be carried out based on the actual situation of the changes. 3.1.5 The commissioning party for shore power facility testing shall provide technical disclosure to the testing party. 3.1.6 The testing party for shore power facilities should fully understand the design scheme, technical principles, electrical performance, and technical parameters of the tested shore power facilities. 3.1.7 The testing party for shore power facilities shall jointly develop the testing content, technical plan, and emergency plan for shore power facilities with the commissioning party. 3.1.8 The on-site inspection content of the factory inspection dock should be selected based on the actual situation of the tested shore power facilities, referring to the inspection items in Appendix A.
