There is no standard in GB12350-1990, while GB4706.1 standard conducts leakage current testing after the moisture resistance test. Through partial selection of international standards, the safety requirements of small power motors are as common as possible with international standards, in order to meet the needs of international trade and skill communication. This specification replaces GB12350-1990 from the effective date and is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China.
