This part is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60335-2-25:2006 (5th edition) "Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 2-25: Special requirements for microwave ovens, including modular microwave ovens". For ease of use, the following editorial modifications have been made to this section: a) the word "Part 1" has been changed to "GB4706.1"; b) Use the decimal point "." instead of the "," used as the decimal point. This section replaces GB4706.21-2002 "Special Requirements for the Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Microwave Ovens".
