The test circuit for simulating faults should have the conditions for conducting a complete set of tests on the device. 3.2.4 The internal procedures for protection shall be uniformly managed by the provincial network dispatching at all levels. 3. Test conditions and requirements 3.3.1 The quality and wiring method of AC and DC test power supply shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry's "Regulations on the Inspection of Relay Protection and Power Grid Safety Automatic Devices". 3.3.2 Unless otherwise specified during the test, all DC power supplies added are at their rated values. 3.3.3 The test current and voltage added to the device, unless otherwise specified, refer to being added from the protective screen terminal. 3.3.4 To ensure inspection quality, for each point in all characteristic tests, the test should be repeated three times, and the error between the value of each test and the set value should meet the specified requirements. 3.4 Precautions during the test process 3.4.1 The installation and debugging of the device should be carried out by professional personnel; 3.4.2 Carefully read the instruction manual before powering on and using the device. The device should be operated, adjusted, and tested in accordance with relevant national and power industry regulations, and in accordance with the instructions. If there are random materials, the relevant parts shall be based on the random materials; Before powering on the device, the wiring should be clearly aligned with the correct diagram; 3.4.4 The device should be reliably grounded; 3.4.5 The rated operating voltage applied by the device should be consistent with the identification on the nameplate; 3.4.6 It is strictly prohibited to touch electronic devices without protective measures, and it is strictly prohibited to plug and unplug modules with power; 3.4.7 Contact device terminals to prevent electrical shock; To disassemble the device, it is necessary to disconnect all external terminal connections or cut off all input excitation quantities.
