Testing safety signs: The signs should indicate the source of the sign, product voltage range, rated power, and other information. The signs should be clearly and durably displayed on the product. 2. To ensure that the product can be used in conjunction with the original base, the lights should use lamp caps as specified in IEC60061-1 and gauges that comply with IEC 60061-3. 3. Protection of live parts: The structural design of the lamp should ensure that when installed in a lamp holder that conforms to the lamp holder data sheet without an auxiliary housing of the lamp shape, it cannot touch the metal parts inside the lamp holder or inside the lamp body, basic insulated external metal parts, and live metal parts. 4. Insulation resistance and electrical strength after moisture treatment: Insulation resistance and electrical strength are the basic indicators of LED lamp material and internal insulation. The standard requires that the insulation resistance between the current carrying metal parts of the lamp head and the easily accessible parts of the lamp should not be less than 4M Ω. Electrical strength (HV lamp head: 4000 V; BV lamp head: 2U+1000 V) tests do not allow flashover or breakdown. 5. Product strength testing: The firmness of the riveting between the LED lamp head and the lamp body. According to standard requirements: The lamp head should be firmly connected to the lamp body or to the parts used for screwing in or out on the lamp. For lamp caps that are not fixed by bonding, relative movement between the lamp cap and the lamp cap may be allowed, but should not exceed 10 °
