Testing standards for high-voltage isolation switches: GB1985
GB 1985 2014 high-voltage AC isolation switches and grounding switches
This standard is applicable to AC isolation switches and grounding switches designed and installed indoors and outdoors, and operating in systems with a frequency of 50Hz and a nominal voltage of 3000V or above, with closed and open terminals p>
This standard also applies to the operating mechanisms and auxiliary equipment of these isolation switches and grounding switches.
p>
Note: This standard does not include isolation switches that use fuses as a component p>
The main differences between GB1985-2014 and GB1985-2004 are:
- According to IEC62271-102:2001+A1:2011, the definitions of the terms "combined function grounding switch" and "unlocking point" have been added; Add definitions for the terms "M1 level grounding switch" and "M2 level grounding switch" as needed p>
- Add relevant technical requirements for rated voltage 1100kV isolation switches and grounding switches p>
- Change the rated short-circuit duration of the grounding switch from 2 seconds to at least 2 seconds p>
- Added the recommended rated terminal static mechanical load for isolation switches with rated voltages of 24kV and 31.5kV p>
- Revised the mechanical life ratings of M1 level isolation switches and grounding switches p>
- Added the rated bus transfer voltage of the 40.5kV isolation switch p>
- Revised the specified value of the charging current opening and closing capacity of the isolation switch busbar in gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear; Added the rated value of the small capacitive current switching capacity of the air insulated isolation switch p>
- Added the rated value of the small inductive current opening and closing capacity of the isolation switch p>
- Revised the standard values of rated induced current and rated induced voltage for Class B grounding switches, as well as relevant test circuit parameters P>
Function of testing report:
