Continuous furnace: Large investment, large installed capacity, stable heat treatment quality, fully computer-controlled, automated operation, uninterrupted continuous production. Products with the same heat treatment technology require simple operation, while products with different heat treatment technologies require complex differentiation and adjustment. Suitable for mass production, the production capacity is the largest of the three types of carburizing furnaces. At the same time, it is beneficial to solve the problem of using pressure quenching technology to prevent large deformation during heat treatment for thin-walled parts. As a supporting product for the host, multi-purpose furnaces or continuous furnaces should be selected, and well type furnaces are generally not used
