This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of mining electric locomotive driver controllers (hereinafter referred to as driver controllers). This standard is applicable to the driver controller of mining electric locomotives. This standard does not involve the assessment of electronic devices. For controllers equipped with electronic devices, the corresponding requirements are specified by the product enterprise standard. The clauses in the following documents are referred to as provisions of this standard through normative references.
